J'ai vécu dans ce logement pendant huit mois et tout s'est très bien passé. Tous les petits problèmes rencontrés ont été résolus rapidement et efficacement. Le propriétaire a été très compréhensif face à certaines situations extérieures qui m'ont arrivé et la communication a toujours été gentille et respectueuse. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience très positive.

Mon séjour a duré 2 mois et si je pouvais, je prolongerais mon séjour :) J'ai apprécié l'enregistrement personnel, qui s'est déroulé sans problème. Les parties communes des appartements étaient régulièrement nettoyées, expérience globalement positive.

I stayed with them for two months and here are the things I really appreciated. 1. Fast checkin process and contract signing. My status was not ideal since I got to Zurich a few days earlier and was already frustrated with looking for accomodation. Iman and his business partners were so accommodative of my demands at such a short notice and I appreciated that so much. 2. The place was so clean and super accessible to almost everything you can think of. Also the prices are decent for a short stay. 3. The communication was swift and always reponsive. I mostly appreciated the kindness and understanding that was expressed by Iman (the landlord) on various occasions. In summary, for anyone looking for a short stay in Zurich, I’d unreservedly recommend reaching out to Anterim GmbH.
