Ho vissuto in questo alloggio per otto mesi ed è andato tutto molto bene. Eventuali piccoli problemi emersi sono stati risolti in modo rapido ed efficiente. Il padrone di casa è stato molto comprensivo riguardo ad alcune situazioni esterne che mi sono capitate, e la comunicazione è stata sempre gentile e rispettosa. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva.

I stayed with them for two months and here are the things I really appreciated. 1. Fast checkin process and contract signing. My status was not ideal since I got to Zurich a few days earlier and was already frustrated with looking for accomodation. Iman and his business partners were so accommodative of my demands at such a short notice and I appreciated that so much. 2. The place was so clean and super accessible to almost everything you can think of. Also the prices are decent for a short stay. 3. The communication was swift and always reponsive. I mostly appreciated the kindness and understanding that was expressed by Iman (the landlord) on various occasions. In summary, for anyone looking for a short stay in Zurich, I’d unreservedly recommend reaching out to Anterim GmbH.
