Excellent service de M. Duman M. Duman était très sympathique et serviable. En tant qu'étudiant, j'ai apprécié qu'il me montre une bonne option de financement. Grâce à ses conseils, j'ai acheté un iMac. Je me suis senti bien soutenu et je recommanderais certainement ce magasin.
La pire expérience MediaMarkt de tous les temps ! J'ai commandé en ligne un tourne-disque qu'ils avaient dans leur inventaire au prix annoncé (un modèle plus ancien qui n'était disponible nulle part ailleurs), ils ont annulé ma commande en prétendant qu'il n'était plus disponible, pour ensuite être mis en vente en ligne quelques heures plus tard avec un prix deux fois plus élevé que le prix d'origine ! Un comportement absolument dégoûtant pour une telle entreprise ! Éviter!

Mr. Luca Huber is an excellent salesperson! Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Mr. Huber took the time to walk me through an important purchase for my home and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who has doubts with what is the best purchase option for their particular needs. Great customer service! Five stars!
Poor service from this stop and very rude staff. Waited for 30mins in the shop and everyone avoids helping. Never visiting Media Markt again.
