Ottimo servizio da parte del signor Duman Il signor Duman è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Da studente, ho apprezzato il fatto che mi abbia mostrato una buona opzione di finanziamento. Grazie al suo consiglio ho acquistato un iMac. Mi sono sentito ben supportato e consiglierei sicuramente questo negozio.
La peggiore esperienza MediaMarkt di sempre! Ho ordinato un giradischi che avevano nel loro inventario online per il prezzo a cui era pubblicizzato (un modello più vecchio che non era disponibile da nessun'altra parte), hanno annullato il mio ordine sostenendo che non era più disponibile, solo per essere messo in vendita online poche ore dopo con un prezzo due volte più alto del prezzo originale! Un comportamento assolutamente disgustoso per un'azienda del genere! Evitare!

Mr. Luca Huber is an excellent salesperson! Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Mr. Huber took the time to walk me through an important purchase for my home and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who has doubts with what is the best purchase option for their particular needs. Great customer service! Five stars!
Poor service from this stop and very rude staff. Waited for 30mins in the shop and everyone avoids helping. Never visiting Media Markt again.
