J'ai sonné et j'ai ouvert la porte. Au lieu de laisser le colis dans l’entrée comme vos concurrents, il traînait devant la porte. D'accord, le colis était grand, mais léger. À l'intérieur se trouvaient des nouilles instantanées. Je ne commanderai plus jamais auprès de détaillants qui utilisent cette entreprise comme fournisseur. Faites vos recherches avant de commander. De plus, quand je lui ai dit bonjour, il n'a pas répondu. Votre personnel est tellement paresseux.

So far, I've had problems with every shipment. They were either not delivered or sent to the completely wrong address. Planzer isn't at fault and always refers to the sender. Sorry, but why is it the sender's problem that you deliver the package incorrectly? Your competitors deliver every shipment correctly.
The package was supposed to be delivered on January 4th. It wasn't left at my door and was taken back. I requested delivery to my door on the same day via the automated "Delivery Failed" email. The package was supposed to arrive again on the 5th, but it didn't, without any notification whatsoever. On the 6th, the package was out for delivery, and once again, the delivery failed. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the driver couldn't find the package. What's going on? I had to pay 10 Swiss francs for a delivery, for a tiny 200g package... Simply embarrassing.
The delivery date is incorrect; it's been over two days since the shipment was supposed to arrive. After calling support, they rudely told me this wasn't strange. When tracking the package on the website, the delivery date to address (my address) was listed as the date. According to support, this is the date the package was scanned into the train carriage, a blatant lie to fend off support requests. Screenshots are available if interested. Edit: Regarding the owner's response: The package was apparently lost, but no one can help. Avoid this company at all costs.
