Ciao a tutti! Ieri ho visitato Tier und Technik a Heininger Beach con una domanda sui coltelli per tosare le pecore. Ho ricevuto consigli molto competenti e cordiali. Oggi sono tornato con il coltello da tosatura e insieme siamo riusciti a trovare una buona soluzione. Ho anche ricevuto uno sconto per la fiera e un buono per l'affilatura dei coltelli. We have an older Heiniger cordless clipper and sent it in because the batteries were dead immediately upon use. The machine came back, still with the same problem. We then sent the machine back, and since nothing was found, the field service representative, Mr. Stalder, came to see us personally. He took a lot of time, explained a lot to us about the use and maintenance of our Heiniger machines, and offered to buy a new one at a discount if ours was beyond repair. Great service, very accommodating, very friendly staff, even on the phone. Highly recommended.

Last week, my X brand shearing machine completely broke down, right in the middle of shearing our alpacas. The following day, I went to Heiniger AG. Despite them being out of stock, they gave me a replacement machine. I was able to finish shearing the alpacas at home. I've now bought a new shearing machine from Heiniger AG. Thank you so much for your goodwill and excellent advice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd gladly shop there again. Best regards, Rex
