Purtroppo la mia esperienza con questa compagnia di autonoleggio è stata molto deludente. Inizialmente mi hanno prenotato un'auto e mi hanno assicurato chiaramente che non ci sarebbero stati problemi con il mio permesso di lavoro B o con il fatto che non ho una patente di guida svizzera. Mi è stato detto che avrei ricevuto una chiamata di conferma. Dopo quattro giorni senza alcun contatto, ho dovuto chiamarli io stesso. Solo allora sono stato informato che nessuna macchina era più disponibile e che i miei documenti erano stati improvvisamente considerati un problema, il che contraddiceva completamente quanto mi era stato detto inizialmente. Questa mancanza di coerenza, scarsa comunicazione e cattiva gestione della prenotazione hanno causato inutili disagi e perdite di tempo. Mi sarei aspettato un servizio molto più professionale e affidabile. Non consiglierei questa azienda, soprattutto se fai affidamento sull'accuratezza delle informazioni fornite.

Avrei dovuto ritirare il furgone tra le 18:00 e le 18:15. Sono arrivato alle 18:13 ma il responsabile ha lasciato l'ufficio alle 18:10 a quanto pare. Ho dovuto chiamare per farlo tornare in ufficio. Ho perso 10-15 minuti. Il resto è andato liscio. Il furgone aveva un odore terribile e non era quello che avevo prenotato, ma non mi importava molto. Ha funzionato. Restituire le chiavi è stato semplice e ho ricevuto il deposito entro 3 giorni.

Rented a small for a weekend trip, received a brand new comfortable Volkswagen polo. Great price and very kind service! Mind you though, due to insurance reasons they do not rent out cars to tourists and short-term residence. I needed a Swiss person to cosign the rental contract...

Totally unreliable. We had booked a moving van online and rang to ask for confirmation. On moving day, we went to the office to pick up the van at the agreed time. Hardly signposted, deserted - nobody there. We called several times but nobody answered the phone. We waited 1 hour until eventually giving up. This is the last thing you want when moving house - it is stressful enough as it is. We were so disappointed with the unprofessional service. We have not received any apology or reply to our emails and calls. We had to book a last-minute van for our move with another provider, costing us slightly more but at least we had a good service and were able to move apartments. All in all, would not recommend at all for moving. Not sure how there are so many good reviews - these sound nothing like the experience we had.

Always check that they have returned your deposit. I’m still waiting for mine after five weeks and various follow ups.
