Oggi è il 14/11/2025. Ho avuto l'esperienza più brutta della mia vita nel mercato dei media. Sono andato a cercare videogiochi e non ho trovato quello che volevo, avevo in mano una borsa Migro e poi mentre uscivo da un negozio il detective mi ha fermato, voleva per prima cosa perquisire la mia borsa quando sono uscito l'allarme non ha fatto ⏰️ o qualcosa del genere ma anche questo voleva comunque perquisire la mia borsa gli ho detto di no poi è venuta mia moglie e il detective ha detto che è solo una routine. Ma non lo è, perché prima che io esca 2 ragazzi escono fuori non li ha perquisiti solo me voleva cercare, ho detto di no ma continua a non chiederlo. poi prendo fuori dalla borsa tutta la roba che compro e lui mi ha detto che sei aggressivo così a casa. Non so che il detective del mercato dei media possa essere così scortese che è la mia ultima volta che andrò lì, mi ha anche detto qualcosa nella sua lingua madre, penso che fosse la lingua albanina. E la cosa migliore è stata quando sono tornato per chiedere il nome del detective Mann in modo da poter fare un reclamo approfondito perché non volevano darmi il nome. Mi ha fermato davanti a tutti per mettermi in imbarazzo. Sono sempre stato cliente di mediamarkt da molto tempo ma non tornerò mai più.
Il signor Samuel è un ottimo consulente e un grande acquirente di clienti. Abbiamo acquistato la macchina per lo spremiagrumi.
Non parliamo altro che piccole e semplici frasi in tedesco, ma il personale è stato molto utile. La ragazza con cui abbiamo parlato per prima era brava in inglese quanto noi in tedesco, quindi ci ha trovato un collega che parlava un inglese perfetto. Alla cassa la cassiera capì subito che non parlavamo bene il tedesco e automaticamente iniziò a parlarci in perfetto francese. Tutti erano gentili e molto educati.

Went in to buy a specific item, just needed someone’s help to find it. Asked someone, they directed me to a blond long haired guy with glasses. Turned to him in English, he ignored me and went to talk to the cashier. I went to another employee, but they directed me back to him because he’s the only one in this department. Went back to blond glasses guy, he was talking to another customer. I waited a few minutes by them while he ignored me. Eventually I asked if he could just direct me to where the general area of my product was and I’ll find it myself and he started yelling and scolding me about how rude I am because I’m interrupting him while with a customer. It went on for a good minute of him lecturing me about how I should have found some else etc. Even the other customer was noticeably uncomfortable with blond guys behavior. Anyway, just wanted to let you know how unprofessional and rude your employee is.
Good selection of electronics. Not always the best value. Underground paid parking. Good to look at products and has some interesting promotions from time to time.
