Sono entusiasta di questa fantastica squadra. Sono incredibilmente cordiali, disponibili e competenti. Il team ha fornito spiegazioni chiare e di facile comprensione. Il Dr. Neumeier ha condotto una valutazione e un trattamento altamente competenti. E lo stesso giorno ho ricevuto telefonicamente i risultati dei test e la conferma che la richiesta per i trattamenti consigliati era già stata presentata per iscritto all'Ospedale Limmattal. Incredibilmente veloce e tempestivo! Grazie mille per tutto!!

Non sono quasi sicuro se il mio precedente centro medico fosse particolarmente pessimo o se questo sia semplicemente eccezionalmente buono. Ero abituato a stare seduto nella sala d'attesa per 45 minuti o più e ad aspettare giorni per un feedback. Qui è completamente diverso. I tempi di attesa sono notevolmente più brevi e l'intero team è molto cordiale e accomodante. Il medico ti tratta da pari a pari, prende sul serio le tue preoccupazioni e ti risponde tempestivamente quando necessario. Apprezzo particolarmente la comunicazione trasparente, sia per quanto riguarda suggerimenti e considerazioni mediche, sia per quanto riguarda le questioni finanziarie. Ti senti preso sul serio, ben informato e molto ben curato nel complesso.

Ieri sono stato nuovamente in cura dal Dr. Altmann. Il dottor Altmann è un medico di famiglia eccezionalmente bravo. Mi ha sempre aiutato con competenza e affidabilità ed è sempre stato amichevole, attento e compassionevole. Apprezzo particolarmente il fatto che si prenda sempre il suo tempo e ascolti attentamente. Con lui ti senti preso sul serio e in ottime mani. Le sue decisioni mediche sono sempre state corrette e mi hanno aiutato moltissimo. Un medico con una vasta esperienza, cuore e cure genuine: non potrebbe essere migliore. Posso raccomandare con tutto il cuore il dottor Altmann.

The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. However, my last experience was negative and left me with the feeling that it's all about money. I had several treatments and, of course, received the invoice, which I paid on time. My health insurance company informed me that they needed the corresponding referrals. I asked MEDVADIS by email if they could send me the referrals. Because I had already paid 26 CHF for a phone call with MEDVADIS (I inquired about the price of a treatment), I added, "Please only if it's FREE." Otherwise, I would have discussed it with the health insurance company again. EMAIL REPLY: (in short) No referral is needed in these cases. INVOICE: 26 CHF. I'm shocked; the referrals weren't even issued. How can they charge for something like that? Their email telling me they didn't need to do anything cost me 26 CHF. And this after I had already received treatment there. I find it outrageous.
