Sono molto insoddisfatto Ho riordinato due chiavi. Sono arrivati molto rapidamente. Le chiavi funzionano solo da un lato, nella serratura del seminterrato. Li ho rimandati indietro e li hanno controllati. Mi sono stati rispediti con la dicitura "sono stati fabbricati secondo le specifiche attuali". Dovrei lubrificare la serratura. Se il problema persiste, sostituiscilo. Ottima idea imprenditoriale, consegnare schifezze e poi vendere una nuova serratura. Ottimo servizio clienti. Grazie.

Great company. However, some of the production staff are deceitful, and as soon as the department heads aren't around, they work unethically. As they say, when the cat's away, the mice will play. It's a shame; employees like that can also negatively impact the product quality.
Hello everyone. I live in a housing cooperative and am responsible for the technical aspects. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the door closer. The pin on the lock on the front door, which is unlocked from the apartment, breaks very frequently. Why do they use a cast part instead of a steel pin? The entire lock has to be replaced every time, which is expensive. The fact that the manufacturer cannot be reached by phone is very unfriendly to me. Ultimately, manufacturers benefit from such feedback to optimize their products. I hope I can contribute something to solving the problem.
