Sono andato lì per farmi copiare i miei documenti, ma non c'era modo di usare io stesso una fotocopiatrice perché avevo dei documenti personali. Quando ho chiesto se c'era un altro posto, uno dei dipendenti mi ha trattato in modo molto scortese. Mi ha detto che la stampante costava 10.000 franchi. "Puoi pagare tu stesso il danno?" chiese. Poi mi ha detto in modo offensivo che la produzione di tali stampanti self-service era stata interrotta cinque anni fa e che ero in ritardo di cinque anni. Ho gentilmente spiegato che questo non era corretto, dato che attualmente mi trovavo nel villaggio in cui vivo e potevo fare queste copie da solo. Lei continuava a insultarmi, dicendo questo perché c'era un villaggio e qui c'era una città, e lo sottolineava con forza sprezzante. Le ho detto che esisteva un'opzione simile nella città di Aarau, così come a Lucerna e in molte altre città. Invece di rispondermi, mi ha detto di stare attenta e di non toccare le nostre cose, anche se non avevo avuto alcun contatto con gli arredi o le decorazioni del negozio. Questa commessa è... inaccettabile per un negozio come questo. Spero che se la direzione di questo negozio ha a cuore la soddisfazione del cliente, adotti le misure necessarie il prima possibile contro una commessa così dilettantesca, immorale e rozza.

Bellissimo e fantastico negozio di cartoleria con un vasto assortimento e vari servizi (copie, personalizzazione candele battesimo, ecc.). Il personale è sempre cordiale. Siamo clienti da anni e non abbiamo mai avuto una brutta esperienza. I prezzi sono nella fascia più alta rispetto alla concorrenza.

My godson and I went to Estermann in Sursee for advice on buying a school bag. The service was friendly and very competent. They explained how to use and adjust the bag to us in a way that was easy for children to understand. I would gladly go back.

Very friendly service. I urgently needed to have a piece of work bound, which normally requires arriving early at the stationery store. I managed to get in just before closing time. Despite my very late arrival, I was treated kindly and my work was still bound. I'd be happy to come back.

I urgently needed to have 150 pages copied, but this was refused on the grounds that it was a "school bag event" today. They said I could do it by Monday. 1. I am a paying customer just like the school bag buyers. 2. I certainly wouldn't leave highly sensitive data lying around somewhere over the weekend. 3. It had to be mailed today. 4. The sales assistants were just standing around. Two stars for the really nice selection, which is usually attractively presented. Prices are rather high in comparison. I was able to solve my problem by going to the competitor, who also had a school bag promotion and only two sales assistants; the others were apparently on break. Despite this, I wasn't turned away.
