Ich bin seit einigen Jahren Patient im Ärttenzentrum Bäraupark. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit der Qualität der Pflege, die ich jedes Mal erhalte, wenn ich zum Arzt muss. Die Ärzte und das Personal sind sehr professionell, nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Kürzlich wurde ich sehr krank und konnte den Dr. Eronat zweimal in einer Woche aufsuchen. Ich habe diese Arztpraxis wärmstens empfohlen. Auch das Personal spricht teilweise Englisch. Vielen Dank an das Ärztezentrum Bäraupark für die Betreuung.

Ich wollte einen Termin vereinbaren, da ich mich sehr unwohl fühlte. Sie sagten mir, ich solle Tee trinken und eine Flasche Wasser vom Bett nehmen, aber ich landete mit einer Vergiftung in der Notaufnahme und musste dort eine Woche bleiben. Das ist keine neue Geschichte; es ist letztes Jahr passiert. Die Rezeptionistin, Frau H., war unglaublich unfreundlich! Und Dr. Herad hat mich nicht einmal richtig untersucht. Er hat meinem Freund kürzlich die falschen Pillen gegeben. Er landete auch in der Notaufnahme ... Ich weiß, was Sie zu der gefälschten Kontobeschreibung sagen wollten. Ich habe ein gefälschtes Etrax-Konto erstellt, um mich zu schützen! Alle Ärzte und Rezeptionisten... ihr seid alle nicht blind, sonst würdet ihr die Leute nicht so behandeln! Es ist wirklich schrecklich. Bitte überlegen Sie sich gut, ob Sie dorthin wollen. Ich möchte nicht, dass du auch im Krankenhaus landest!! 😡

„Heute war ich zur Kontrolluntersuchung im Gesundheitszentrum und war wie immer äußerst zufrieden mit der Betreuung durch Dr Patienten. Die Professionalität, Höflichkeit und das Verantwortungsbewusstsein von Dr. Vedat Eronat sind wirklich bewundernswert. Trotz seines vollen Arbeitsplans schenkt er jedem Patienten die gleiche Aufmerksamkeit – ein klares Zeichen für den Respekt, den er seinem Beruf entgegenbringt. This year was my first time at the Bäraupark Medical Center. I got an appointment quickly due to a sudden middle ear infection and felt well cared for. The doctor also suggested I have my blood work checked, which I thought was a good idea since I hadn't been to the doctor in at least three years. A well-intentioned assistant took the blood sample that had already been drawn that day. However, this wasn't such a good idea, as the middle ear infection also affected other blood values. The two simultaneous appointments also caused confusion with the billing, which resulted in a lot of extra work for both me and the practice team. The practice team was always friendly and helpful, which I greatly appreciated, but I was also billed for the additional work, which I don't think is fair – especially since some of the errors were on the practice team's part. The reason for deducting even more stars, however, is the way the check-up was handled. After having a follow-up appointment for blood work, during which I was also scheduled to see the doctor even though I had asked if the results would be available quickly (the answer was yes), I was very disappointed. This consultation was simply a delaying tactic that I had to pay for. I only wanted the results of my recently drawn blood, but instead, I was asked how I was feeling, and previously discussed blood test results were explained again (some of which even contradicted what I had been told before). Then the doctor even googled what eggs are good for and told me I should google it too. He then wanted to prescribe me medication for blood test results that were already within the normal range. He also asked if he should measure my blood pressure because of dizziness—even though I had never mentioned dizziness and never experience it. And the actual results I was there for weren't even available yet. So, I had to pay for 15 minutes that were completely pointless. This experience was very disappointing and has made me consider switching to a different doctor.

His kindness and attentiveness impress me greatly, but what truly sets him apart is his professional competence, experience, and the confidence he inspires.
