Je suis un patient de l'Ärttenzentrum Bäraupark depuis quelques années maintenant. Je suis extrêmement satisfaite de la qualité des soins que je reçois à chaque fois que je dois consulter le médecin. Les médecins et le personnel sont très professionnels, gentils et très arrangeants. Récemment, je suis tombé très malade et j'ai pu voir le Dr Eronat deux fois en une semaine. J'ai fortement recommandé ce cabinet médical. De plus, certains membres du personnel parlent anglais. Merci beaucoup Ärtezentrum Bäraupark d'avoir pris soin de moi.

Je voulais prendre rendez-vous car je me sentais très mal. Ils m'ont dit de boire du thé et de prendre une bouteille d'eau sur le lit, mais je me suis retrouvé aux urgences avec un empoisonnement et j'ai dû y rester une semaine. Ce n'est pas une nouvelle histoire ; c'est arrivé l'année dernière. La réceptionniste, Mme H, était incroyablement antipathique ! Et le Dr Herad ne m'a même pas examiné correctement. Il a récemment donné à mon ami les mauvaises pilules. Il s'est également retrouvé aux urgences... Je sais ce que tu allais dire à propos de la fausse description du compte. J'ai créé un faux compte Etrax pour me protéger ! Tous les médecins et réceptionnistes... vous n'êtes pas tous aveugles, sinon vous ne traiteriez pas les gens comme ça ! C'est vraiment horrible. Veuillez bien réfléchir si vous souhaitez y aller. Je ne veux pas que tu finisses à l'hôpital aussi !! 😡

This year was my first time at the Bäraupark Medical Center. I got an appointment quickly due to a sudden middle ear infection and felt well cared for. The doctor also suggested I have my blood work checked, which I thought was a good idea since I hadn't been to the doctor in at least three years. A well-intentioned assistant took the blood sample that had already been drawn that day. However, this wasn't such a good idea, as the middle ear infection also affected other blood values. The two simultaneous appointments also caused confusion with the billing, which resulted in a lot of extra work for both me and the practice team. The practice team was always friendly and helpful, which I greatly appreciated, but I was also billed for the additional work, which I don't think is fair – especially since some of the errors were on the practice team's part. The reason for deducting even more stars, however, is the way the check-up was handled. After having a follow-up appointment for blood work, during which I was also scheduled to see the doctor even though I had asked if the results would be available quickly (the answer was yes), I was very disappointed. This consultation was simply a delaying tactic that I had to pay for. I only wanted the results of my recently drawn blood, but instead, I was asked how I was feeling, and previously discussed blood test results were explained again (some of which even contradicted what I had been told before). Then the doctor even googled what eggs are good for and told me I should google it too. He then wanted to prescribe me medication for blood test results that were already within the normal range. He also asked if he should measure my blood pressure because of dizziness—even though I had never mentioned dizziness and never experience it. And the actual results I was there for weren't even available yet. So, I had to pay for 15 minutes that were completely pointless. This experience was very disappointing and has made me consider switching to a different doctor.
