Sono paziente dell'Ärttenzentrum Bäraupark ormai da un paio d'anni. Sono estremamente soddisfatto della qualità delle cure che ricevo ogni volta che devo vedere il medico. I medici e il personale sono molto professionali, gentili e molto disponibili. Recentemente mi sono ammalato gravemente e ho potuto vedere il dottor Eronat due volte in una settimana. Consiglio vivamente questo studio medico. Anche il personale, alcuni membri del personale parlano inglese. Grazie mille Ärtezentrum Bäraupark per esserti preso cura di me.

Volevo fissare un appuntamento perché non mi sentivo molto bene. Mi hanno detto di bere il tè e di prendere una bottiglia d'acqua dal letto, ma sono finita al pronto soccorso per avvelenamento e sono dovuta rimanere lì per una settimana. Questa non è una storia nuova; è successo l'anno scorso. L'addetto alla reception, la signora H, era incredibilmente scortese! E il dottor Herad non mi ha nemmeno esaminato adeguatamente. Recentemente ha dato al mio amico le pillole sbagliate. È finito anche lui al pronto soccorso... So cosa stavi per dire sulla descrizione dell'account falso. Ho creato un account Etrax falso per proteggermi! Tutti i medici e gli addetti alla reception... non siete tutti ciechi, altrimenti non trattereste le persone così! È davvero terribile. Per favore, pensa attentamente se vuoi andarci. Non voglio che finisca anche tu in ospedale!! 😡

"Oggi sono andato al centro sanitario per un controllo e, come sempre, sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto delle cure fornite dal Dr. Vedat Eronat. Ha organizzato con cura tutti gli esami necessari e valutato la mia salute nei minimi dettagli. Posso fargli qualsiasi domanda – si prende sempre il suo tempo con calma, pazienza e comprensione per dare risposte chiare. Questo atteggiamento mi dà un grande senso di sicurezza e non mi sento mai solo durante il processo di cura. Non è solo un medico, ma anche una persona che apprezza veramente il suo pazienti. La professionalità, la cortesia ed il senso di responsabilità del Dott. Vedat Eronat sono davvero ammirevoli. Nonostante il suo fitto programma di lavoro, riserva a ogni paziente lo stesso livello di attenzione, un chiaro segno del rispetto che ha per la sua professione. Il fatto che lavori con tanta dedizione, anche in un campo così impegnativo e stressante, merita un grande riconoscimento. Un medico così qualificato rappresenta una vera risorsa non solo per i pazienti, ma per l’intera struttura. Anche il resto del team del centro sanitario è molto amichevole e organizzato. This year was my first time at the Bäraupark Medical Center. I got an appointment quickly due to a sudden middle ear infection and felt well cared for. The doctor also suggested I have my blood work checked, which I thought was a good idea since I hadn't been to the doctor in at least three years. A well-intentioned assistant took the blood sample that had already been drawn that day. However, this wasn't such a good idea, as the middle ear infection also affected other blood values. The two simultaneous appointments also caused confusion with the billing, which resulted in a lot of extra work for both me and the practice team. The practice team was always friendly and helpful, which I greatly appreciated, but I was also billed for the additional work, which I don't think is fair – especially since some of the errors were on the practice team's part. The reason for deducting even more stars, however, is the way the check-up was handled. After having a follow-up appointment for blood work, during which I was also scheduled to see the doctor even though I had asked if the results would be available quickly (the answer was yes), I was very disappointed. This consultation was simply a delaying tactic that I had to pay for. I only wanted the results of my recently drawn blood, but instead, I was asked how I was feeling, and previously discussed blood test results were explained again (some of which even contradicted what I had been told before). Then the doctor even googled what eggs are good for and told me I should google it too. He then wanted to prescribe me medication for blood test results that were already within the normal range. He also asked if he should measure my blood pressure because of dizziness—even though I had never mentioned dizziness and never experience it. And the actual results I was there for weren't even available yet. So, I had to pay for 15 minutes that were completely pointless. This experience was very disappointing and has made me consider switching to a different doctor.

I've been going to the Bäraupark Medical Center for treatment for some time now, and each time I'm reassured that I made the right decision – especially during my consultations with Dr. Mehmet Sönmez. His kindness and attentiveness impress me greatly, but what truly sets him apart is his professional competence, experience, and the confidence he inspires. He always listens attentively, analyzes medical details with great care, and explains everything clearly and understandably, which gives me a great sense of security.
