Adrian Müller und sein Team haben alles schnell, effizient und sehr professionell abgewickelt und gleichzeitig eine neue Reise für uns organisiert – und das alles an einem einzigen Wochenende! Wieder einmal fühlten wir uns außergewöhnlich gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für Ihr herausragendes Engagement!

Hervorragende, auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnittene, günstige Angebote sowie eine zeitnahe und gründliche Vorbereitung – all das ist unserer Erfahrung nach in diesem Reisebüro selbstverständlich. I've finally found the time to write my review for this travel agency. We booked a trip to Botswana with Travelpoint and Mr. Müller in 2020, and then came Corona. We thought, thank goodness we booked through a travel agency; our deposit is safe if the trip has to be canceled. Wrong. We had to exchange a lot of correspondence and were constantly put off, told that they had to wait and see what the travel agency's partners would do. Whether they would send the money back or not. They never explained to us how this would affect us. We assumed the travel agency was insured for such cases. Apparently not, and our travel insurance doesn't pay either, because the travel agency covers these kinds of situations. In the end, we received 1500 CHF (at least) out of our 5000 CHF and a small bottle of olive oil. Mr. Müller couldn't explain why we were left with the costs in the end. He simply passed on the missing refund from the partners to us. I would say I'll never book here again. And I'll only book with a travel agency that can show me they have insurance. My conclusion: this travel agency wasn't prepared for the worst-case scenario and let their customer down.
