Als ich herausfand, dass ich zwei Kettenblattschrauben verloren hatte, brauchte ich dringend Ersatz. Ausgezeichneter Service mit 5 neuen Teilen (zu einem sehr guten Preis) und einer guten Diskussion über die Vorteile der Verwendung von Loctite/Fett. Mein Deutsch ist in Ordnung, aber ihr Englisch war ausgezeichnet, wenn ich etwas technische Fachterminologie für den Radsport brauchte.
Sie haben mir am besten bei einem Notfallproblem nach der Reise geholfen und mich auf mein Rennen vorbereitet. Ich bin Philip und seinem gesamten Team so dankbar. Sie sind fantastisch!!!! Philip hat sogar eine Trainingsroute vorgeschlagen, die perfekt war! Danke!!!

Supper Top Service
We had a flat tire and bought a new tube at the store. But we weren't allowed to fix it in front of the store because it would look bad. Huh?
I got a flat tire on the second day of my vacation. :‐( The next morning I went to the repair shop and they helped me right away. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful. A short while later, a new inner tube was fitted and I could continue my journey! The price for the repair and a spare inner tube (which I hope I'll never need) was absolutely fair and reasonable! Everything was top-notch!! Many thanks to everyone involved for the quick and prompt help!!
