Scoprendo di aver perso 2 bulloni della corona: avevo urgentemente bisogno di sostituzioni. Servizio eccellente che fornisce un set di 5 nuovi (a un prezzo molto conveniente) e una buona discussione sui vantaggi dell'utilizzo di loctite/grasso. Il mio tedesco va bene, ma il loro inglese era eccellente quando necessario su alcuni termini tecnici del ciclismo.
Sono stati i migliori nell'aiutarmi con un problema di emergenza dopo il viaggio e nel prepararmi per la mia gara. Sono così grato a Philip e al suo intero team. Sono fantastici!!!! Philip ha persino suggerito un percorso di allenamento perfetto! Grazie!!!

We had a flat tire and bought a new tube at the store. But we weren't allowed to fix it in front of the store because it would look bad. Huh?
I got a flat tire on the second day of my vacation. :‐( The next morning I went to the repair shop and they helped me right away. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful. A short while later, a new inner tube was fitted and I could continue my journey! The price for the repair and a spare inner tube (which I hope I'll never need) was absolutely fair and reasonable! Everything was top-notch!! Many thanks to everyone involved for the quick and prompt help!!
