Découvrant que j'avais perdu 2 boulons de plateau - un remplacement urgent était nécessaire. Excellent service fournissant un lot de 5 nouveaux (à très bon prix) et une bonne discussion sur les mérites de l'utilisation de la loctite/de la graisse. Mon allemand est correct mais leur anglais était excellent en cas de besoin sur une terminologie technique du cyclisme.
Ils ont été les meilleurs pour m'aider à résoudre un problème d'urgence après un voyage et me préparer pour ma course. Je suis très reconnaissant envers Philip et toute leur équipe. Ils sont fantastiques !!!! Philip a même suggéré un parcours d'entraînement parfait ! Merci!!!

We had a flat tire and bought a new tube at the store. But we weren't allowed to fix it in front of the store because it would look bad. Huh?
I got a flat tire on the second day of my vacation. :‐( The next morning I went to the repair shop and they helped me right away. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful. A short while later, a new inner tube was fitted and I could continue my journey! The price for the repair and a spare inner tube (which I hope I'll never need) was absolutely fair and reasonable! Everything was top-notch!! Many thanks to everyone involved for the quick and prompt help!!
