Schöne Produkte und sehen aus wie auf den Bildern auf der Website. Schöne, solide Konstruktion, wurde fertig montiert geliefert (mit Ausnahme der Beine und des Rahmens, falls vorhanden). Exzellenter Kundenservice; Patrick beantwortete alle meine Fragen schnell und sorgte für die schnellstmögliche Lieferung. Danke! Würde hier wieder kaufen - empfehlenswert :-)

I cannot speak more highly of uniqueroom's customer service. After having the wrong dining room table delivered - which was purely MY fault, as I had ordered the wrong table by mistake. Uniqueroom worked with me to correct the order: taking the wrong table back (despite no packaging) and sending me the table I should have ordered in the first place. Yes, there was a small cost involved with this, but a considerably and significantly less expenditure than without an exchange. There are many companies out there, who - when presented with a customer error in making an order - would say "tough, you're on your own", Uniqueroom did not, providing me - through superlative customer service - a VERY satisfactory outcome.

I ordered chairs off uniqueroom. I was quickly informed that the chairs were in stock and could be delivered within a week. As I was unsure about the quality and preferred to view the chairs before purchase, uniqueroom when your of their way and invited to their showroom to test sit and view the chairs. The chairs are amazing, clean, of high quality both the cushion and the wood finish. I’d highly recommend uniqueroom. The service, quality and experience was outstanding!
