Recomendamos especialmente pasar por este showroom para elegir el tejido, ya que la forma en que aparece en la web suele ser bastante diferente a la realidad. Gracias al equipo de Uniqueroom por hacer de esta experiencia… ¡única! Estamos disfrutando mucho de nuestro sofá.

Buenos productos y se parecen a las imágenes del sitio web. Bonita construcción sólida, viene ya ensamblada (excepto las patas y el marco, si corresponde). I cannot speak more highly of uniqueroom's customer service. After having the wrong dining room table delivered - which was purely MY fault, as I had ordered the wrong table by mistake. Uniqueroom worked with me to correct the order: taking the wrong table back (despite no packaging) and sending me the table I should have ordered in the first place. Yes, there was a small cost involved with this, but a considerably and significantly less expenditure than without an exchange. There are many companies out there, who - when presented with a customer error in making an order - would say "tough, you're on your own", Uniqueroom did not, providing me - through superlative customer service - a VERY satisfactory outcome.

I ordered chairs off uniqueroom. I was quickly informed that the chairs were in stock and could be delivered within a week. As I was unsure about the quality and preferred to view the chairs before purchase, uniqueroom when your of their way and invited to their showroom to test sit and view the chairs. The chairs are amazing, clean, of high quality both the cushion and the wood finish. I’d highly recommend uniqueroom. The service, quality and experience was outstanding!
