Ich bin hierher gekommen, um ein Regal zu bekommen, das es in keinem anderen Geschäft gab, und obwohl es mir nicht im Weg war, bin ich froh, dass ich es getan habe. Der Techniker, der dort arbeitete, war äußerst hilfsbereit, installierte den Gepäckträger für mich und stellte sogar schnell meinen Umwerfer ein. Bevor ich ging, half er mir auch dabei, einen sicheren Weg für den Rückweg mit dem Fahrrad zu finden, da ich mit dem Zug dorthin gefahren war. Vielen Dank für all die Hilfe!

What a fantastic team works here in Netstal! After some excellent advice, I found my new e-bike right here in Netstal. The handover was a real treat, and everything was explained to me in detail, including the installation of the apps, etc. The selection of e-bikes was very good; I have the feeling that the selection of full-suspension bikes is larger than what I find in my city.
