Sono venuto qui per prendere uno scaffale che nessun altro negozio aveva e, sebbene fosse fuori dai piedi, sono contento di averlo fatto. Il tecnico che lavorava lì è stato estremamente utile, ha installato il portapacchi per me e ha persino regolato rapidamente il mio deragliatore. Prima di partire mi ha anche aiutato a cercare un percorso sicuro per tornare in bici da quando ho preso il treno lì. Grazie per tutto l'aiuto!

I had a great experience at this bike repair shop. They fixed my inner tube in less than 15 minutes, which was incredibly fast and convenient. The staff was also very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate their friendliness and efficiency—highly recommended!
What a fantastic team works here in Netstal! After some excellent advice, I found my new e-bike right here in Netstal. The handover was a real treat, and everything was explained to me in detail, including the installation of the apps, etc. The selection of e-bikes was very good; I have the feeling that the selection of full-suspension bikes is larger than what I find in my city.
