Je suis venu ici pour obtenir un rack qu'aucun autre magasin n'avait et même si c'était hors de mon chemin, je suis content de l'avoir fait. Le technicien qui y travaillait a été extrêmement serviable, a installé la crémaillère pour moi et a même rapidement réglé mon dérailleur. Avant de partir, il m'a également aidé à chercher un itinéraire sûr pour rentrer à vélo puisque j'y ai pris le train. Merci pour toute l'aide!

What a fantastic team works here in Netstal! After some excellent advice, I found my new e-bike right here in Netstal. The handover was a real treat, and everything was explained to me in detail, including the installation of the apps, etc. The selection of e-bikes was very good; I have the feeling that the selection of full-suspension bikes is larger than what I find in my city.
