José y Agustina fueron excepcionales, hicieron todo lo posible para garantizar que nuestra experiencia fuera perfecta y agradable. Nos trataron como a una familia, se tomaron el tiempo para alquilar nuestro equipo la noche anterior y nos proporcionaron casilleros convenientes para un fácil acceso. La tecnología para escanear el pie para ajustar las botas cambia las reglas del juego y es muy reveladora, lo que hace que todo el proceso sea preciso y sin complicaciones. Estuve allí hace unos días. Había un hombre alto y delgado con bigote y gafas que era simplemente increíble, pero lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre. Fue muy amable, amable y servicial. También hablé con una joven que también fue muy amable. En general, tuve una experiencia muy agradable hasta que tuve la desgracia de hablar con el gerente, H. Schmidt. Es muy engreído y no tiene idea de lo que es la interacción educada. O simplemente no le importa. Es el tipo de grosería que experimentas de vez en cuando y que no olvidas fácilmente. Lo siento mucho por los demás miembros del equipo, que parecen personas realmente agradables, por tener que trabajar con alguien como él. Él es la única razón por la que nunca volveré a esta tienda.

I have been here to rent ski's. It is a cool shop with skilled friendly staff with good advise and nice gear. They way they work is organised and professional. And it was nice to see the hightech equipment they have. For example they don't ask for your shoe size, but measure your feet for the correct rental shoe. Adjusting the ski bindings were done automatical (and not manually). They offer two kind of lockers and you can open the lockers with your ski pass. The shop is a little bit expensive, but I found it worth it. And I can advise it to everyone.

Staff are friendly but the rental and queuing system is way too inefficient. I had to wait over an hour and these mysterious online reservations kept jumping the queue.
