I wore my Lowa shoes for 14 years — they were so comfortable and I never had any problems until recently, when the soles started coming apart. Today, I bought a new pair and I’m really happy about it! Can’t wait to go hiking soon!

I broke one of my Leki carbon trekking poles during one of my adventures. I asked Leki support whether it is possible to buy a replacement part. Instead they kindly suggested to send it to them. 2-3 days later I received my pole back with broken part replaced. Free of charge, no questions asked. thank you for the amazing support!

The speed lock knob on a trail running pole no longer worked, so we sent it in and they repaired it free of charge and mailed the pole back to us a few days later. Excellent service and communication.
