Visana — Kirchstrasse 21A, 8953 Dietikon, Switzerland

Unfortunately, living in Regensdorf means we are assigned to the Dietikon branch office. Over the past two years, I’ve often experienced impersonal communication from the staff there, receiving generic responses instead of the specific answers I needed. Unfortunately, the issues don’t end there. My husband booked a video meeting with this branch for yesterday at 6 PM to discuss my insurance. He never received a link to join the meeting, nor did anyone from the Dietikon office reach out. When we called the Visana call center to find out how we could get in touch with the person we were supposed to meet, the agent confirmed that the appointment was correctly registered in the system. It is both disappointing and disrespectful not to show up for a scheduled meeting or to at least notify us of a cancellation. As I am currently assigned to this branch due to my postal code, I am seriously considering changing my insurance provider next year.
