Private company, very friendly staff, access to the company for loading or unloading is on Badstrasse. Enter through the 4.10 m tunnel.
I bought a pack of DermaPlast 2.5cm x 9.2m at the pharmacy. At home, I wanted to put this roll on my blue dispenser, which is designed for the 2.5cm x 10m size. To my astonishment, I discovered that it didn't work. The roll I bought wasn't large enough and therefore wouldn't fit. Somewhat surprised, I went to the pharmacy and inquired about the reason. The very friendly manager confirmed that they were aware of this problem and unfortunately couldn't tell me why. When I asked if it would be possible to buy a new, suitable dispenser, she told me (after checking with the company directly) that this was unfortunately not possible because they no longer offer dispensers. I find this service extremely poor. The pack has become smaller (only 9.2m instead of 10m), and the corresponding dispenser is no longer available for purchase. Perhaps you can tell me the reason. Enter there from the 4th road... go down into the tunnel, then keep left and go all the way down to the barrier... press unload or load on the barrier... just as soon as you arrive a person will come out and tell you which ramp... twice there was ramp 5, unloading was quick and you leave the same way... hand over the documents on the ramp
This isn't the first time I've been unloading here, I've been standing there for at least 3 hours, sometimes even 5.
Incompetent, unfriendly, disinterested, and lazy. I called to have the billing address changed. Specifically, to the person who makes the payments for my grandmother. The central pharmacy refuses to change the billing address, claiming they can't even do it. Despite having power of attorney, etc. I don't know of any company that sends out invoices but can't change the billing address. Feel free to try and pass that off on others. When I demanded to speak to the managing director, I was told he was on vacation and that there was supposedly no deputy either. Equally unbelievable.
