Empresa privada, personal muy amable, el acceso a la empresa para carga o descarga se encuentra en Badstraße. Se accede por el túnel de 4,10 m.
Compré un paquete de DermaPlast de 2,5 cm x 9,2 m en la farmacia. En casa, quería poner este rollo en mi dispensador azul, que está diseñado para el tamaño de 2,5 cm x 10 m. Para mi sorpresa, descubrí que no funcionó. El rollo que compré no era lo suficientemente grande y por lo tanto no cabía. Algo sorprendido, fui a la farmacia y pregunté el motivo. El muy amable gerente confirmó que estaban al tanto de este problema y desafortunadamente no pudieron decirme por qué. Cuando le pregunté si sería posible comprar un dispensador nuevo y adecuado, me dijo (después de consultar directamente con la empresa) que lamentablemente no era posible porque ya no ofrecen dispensadores. Este servicio me parece extremadamente pobre. El paquete se ha hecho más pequeño (sólo 9,2 m en lugar de 10 m) y el dispensador correspondiente ya no está disponible para su compra. Enter there from the 4th road... go down into the tunnel, then keep left and go all the way down to the barrier... press unload or load on the barrier... just as soon as you arrive a person will come out and tell you which ramp... twice there was ramp 5, unloading was quick and you leave the same way... hand over the documents on the ramp
This isn't the first time I've been unloading here, I've been standing there for at least 3 hours, sometimes even 5.
Incompetent, unfriendly, disinterested, and lazy. I called to have the billing address changed. Specifically, to the person who makes the payments for my grandmother. The central pharmacy refuses to change the billing address, claiming they can't even do it. Despite having power of attorney, etc. I don't know of any company that sends out invoices but can't change the billing address. Feel free to try and pass that off on others. When I demanded to speak to the managing director, I was told he was on vacation and that there was supposedly no deputy either. Equally unbelievable.
