Lightening fast reply. Very responsive with helpful information as to replacement parts via other vendors. The only disappointment is that the current model Taiwan made Svea 123R shares no similar perts to the iconic Swedish made version. Hence the 4 out of 5 star rating.

Great idea but the ultralite version battery needs replacing frequently. Making that information/item available would be of great help to keep the ultralite steripen working up to its potential.
