UPS is the worst courier ever.. cannot change delivery time online, damn expensive and now even the hotline service is untrained, rude and disrespectful. There’s no English line available, I asked if the lady who picks up the phone could speak English and she said no. Then I tried to explain with German for 10 mins, told her to speak slower and she just talked faster. At the end she said she doesn’t understand and switched to quite fluent English. When I told her that it would have made both of our life easier if you started with English and she said that she is not responsible for English department and hanged up my phone. Incredibly terrible!!

The bad reviews surprise me. I've had very positive experiences: convenient opening hours and friendly staff. In my opinion, it's not without a certain arrogance to expect that English-language service is a given in German-speaking Switzerland. Expats are expected to communicate in the language of their host country, not the other way around.
