This has been the worst customer service experience imaginable. The customer service department would never return my inquiries and repair quotes didn’t match up and were grossly overstated. I would advise anyone from dealing with the SWATCH group or any of their affiliated brands. BUYER BEWARE....

Zero stars, really! I dropped off several watches at the Swatch Store in Basel for battery replacements. Contrary to Swatch's internal service guidelines*, the battery in my diver's watch was replaced directly in the store (*and not sent to customer service in Biel). My watch has been leaking and damaged ever since!!! Neither the store in Basel nor customer service in Biel felt responsible. I was just passed around and ultimately left with the damage. And they blamed me?! For a brand like Swatch, this is absolutely disappointing service. What's the point of a free battery replacement at the Swatch Store?! This is how you lose a long-time customer....

I bought a Moonswatch and am unfortunately very dissatisfied with the quality. The glass, or rather the plastic, develops deep scratches after just a few weeks and is very fragile (compared to my Gshock watches, for example). The strap often gets caught on the Velcro fastener, which impairs comfort. This is what the strap of my Moonswatch - Mission to Mercury looks like two months after purchase. Mind you, I don't wear the watch every day. It's a shame that the watch can no longer be worn properly outside. Addendum June 30, 2024. After almost a year, even the chronograph button is now missing, see pictures.
