Expert advice. Plenty of knowledgeable staff. If an item isn't in stock, they can order it. Much better than a Hornbach… Highly recommended, it's great that there are still specialist shops like this!

Josef Giger is a narcissistic, unfriendly, and terrible "boss." The employees are very competent and friendly, but they are constantly berated, corrected (even when there's nothing to correct), and humiliated by Josef Giger for no reason. As a customer, it's almost unbearable to watch. I don't want to support a business where the "boss" treats the employees and trainees like that.
