Josef Giger è un "capo" narcisista, ostile e terribile. I dipendenti sono molto competenti e cordiali, ma vengono costantemente rimproverati, corretti (anche quando non c'è nulla da correggere) e umiliati da Josef Giger senza motivo. Come cliente, è quasi insopportabile da guardare. Non voglio sostenere un'azienda in cui il "capo" tratta i dipendenti e gli apprendisti in questo modo.
