A very disappointing experience with Cotra Transport. A vehicle was delivered to me by Cotra and showed signs of damage upon delivery that were clearly not present in the photos taken before transport. The damage wasn't immediately apparent upon handover and was discovered and reported after a more thorough inspection. Unfortunately, the claim was simply dismissed with the explanation that no note was made on the delivery slip. No further investigation or assistance in clarifying the matter with the driver was apparently offered. Especially with professional vehicle transport, one expects proper documentation upon vehicle handover and delivery. Instead, responsibility is immediately denied. For commercial customers who regularly have vehicles transported, such handling of transport damage is neither particularly professional nor customer-oriented. It's a real shame; I expected significantly more support.

A place with 12 parking spaces for trucks; you can stay overnight, and the women in the office are very friendly. There's a shower available for drivers, which is great, as well as a toilet. Unfortunately, the waiting time is very long; the inspection of seven vehicles took three hours in my case – this is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the drivers. Significant changes are needed to make the vehicle collection process more efficient.

The woman responsible for vehicle transport in Studen behaved very unprofessionally; unfortunately, I didn't catch her name as she pronounced it very unclearly. She was hardly helpful or courteous… simply rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this transport company.
