I bought the Chateau Parker three years ago. It started loosing its black colour and has stains everywhere. So I went to the store in Frankfurt. If you want a jacket to be „checked“, you have to pay a cleaning fee due to hygiene standards. I feel like this is not the way a customer should be treated since one already pays around 925€ for a jacket. Nevertheless they send me the jacket back and told me they did not find any “problems” with the jacket which was confusing to me. So I did send the jacket to the professionals a second time. This time they said the stains and the loss of colour is usual since the jackets are made out of 15% cotton and due to hard weather circumstances the jacket loses its colour. I guess I do not have to say anything to this answer since they are clearly looking for arguments not to fix your problem. I also found it rude to blame the customer for a products inadequacy. The answers you get from Canada Hoose are also not signed with a name so you do not have a personal contact which I find very suspicious. Nevertheless I will never buy anything from Canada Goose since I feel like other brands are more customer oriented and care more about their inadequat products, if they have some.
Canada GOOSE IS CHEATING! I bought a jacket full of joy from CANADA GOOSE, from a company that prides itself on quality, customer service and its prestige! Nothing could be further from the truth! I advise you to be careful and think twice about your purchase! The jacket was slim - according to the procedure, I returned it via the return card received by DHL! The jacket was collected by an employee on October 30, 2023, as confirmed by DHL with his name and surname. Since that day, the company has not refunded the money! At first she claimed that she had not received the jacket and I had to personally prove to her that the goods had been delivered! From the moment of proof, indicating the name and surname of the person receiving it, the time, the day, did she change the narrative and claim to explain the matter? One time he claims that the finance department is analyzing the matter, another time he says they can't find the jacket in stock. Every second e-mail message indicates that it will take another 2 business days. I have already reported the matter to the bank as fraud, and I am also reporting it to the police! In Europe, there is no telephone to call, only an e-mail address to which someone responds every time! There is no help, no explanation, just corporate gibberish! I am shocked that it seems like this - which is wrong - a prestigious brand treats customers as thieves and due to its own mistakes and mess in the warehouse - illegally withholds customers' money! I do not recommend! I advise you to be careful so that you don't have the same problems as I did. I don't have several hundred euros and I don't have a jacket!
Unfortunately, I can only give one star because the service is absolutely terrible. I bought a jacket online and it came in a garment bag with hangers for the summer. A neat package. Yesterday we bought one at Breuninger and they've never heard of the packaging. So I called Canada Goose. These garment bags and hangers are reserved for online customers. They told me to buy a bag/film from the dry cleaners. That's a disgrace. It doesn't matter who I buy a €1,000 jacket from; Canada Goose has the money in its till. The customer service is beyond worthy of zero stars!
