A pesar de la confirmación del pedido, la empresa no responde a llamadas ni correos electrónicos. O sólo después de un largo retraso. Perseguirlos constantemente requiere mucho tiempo y es frustrante. Lo mismo sucedió hace dos años. Se prometieron mejoras. No ha pasado nada.
Hemos instalado persianas enrollables varias veces y hemos quedado completamente satisfechos. Son lo mejor que hemos hecho para proteger nuestra entrada de la nieve y la lluvia. ¡Magnífico! El personal es muy amable y competente.
Recibimos asesoramiento de expertos y el trabajo se llevó a cabo según lo acordado. Los empleados fueron amables y dejaron todo limpio. Al final no se acusaron las deficiencias, muy justo. ¡Estaríamos encantados de volver a utilizar sus servicios!

After more than 20 years, one of our roller blinds finally gave up the ghost. After registering for a repair on the Luchsinger website, we quickly received an appointment. The broken straps on the blind needed to be replaced. About two weeks later, technicians Mr. Walzer and Mr. Cantieni contacted us to install the refurbished blind. A big thank you to the two friendly technicians. They carried out the installation cleanly and efficiently, and also checked all the other roller blinds, re-tightening and realigning the guide rails, some of which were loose.
