Malgré la confirmation de la commande, la société ne répond ni aux appels ni aux e-mails. Ou seulement après un long délai. Les poursuivre constamment prend du temps et est frustrant. La même chose s'est produite il y a deux ans. Des améliorations ont été promises. Rien n'est arrivé.
Nous avons fait installer des volets roulants à plusieurs reprises et avons été entièrement satisfaits. C'est la meilleure chose que nous ayons jamais faite pour protéger notre entrée de la neige et de la pluie. Superbe! Le personnel est très sympathique et compétent.
Nous avons bénéficié des conseils d'experts et les travaux ont été réalisés comme convenu. Les employés étaient sympathiques et ont tout laissé propre. Les défauts n’ont pas été facturés à la fin – c’est très juste. Nous ferions volontiers appel à nouveau à leurs services !
We would like to sincerely thank you for the quick and uncomplicated repair of our roller shutter 😊. The two technicians were incredibly friendly and very competent! We even received some valuable tips. They also pointed us towards their other products. We know the Luchsinger company from our STOBAG awning in the garden. After more than 20 years, one of our roller blinds finally gave up the ghost. After registering for a repair on the Luchsinger website, we quickly received an appointment. The broken straps on the blind needed to be replaced. About two weeks later, technicians Mr. Walzer and Mr. Cantieni contacted us to install the refurbished blind. A big thank you to the two friendly technicians. They carried out the installation cleanly and efficiently, and also checked all the other roller blinds, re-tightening and realigning the guide rails, some of which were loose.
