Nonostante la conferma dell'ordine, l'azienda non risponde a chiamate o e-mail. O solo dopo molto tempo. Rincorrerli costantemente è frustrante e dispendioso in termini di tempo. La stessa cosa è successa due anni fa. Sono stati promessi miglioramenti. Non è successo nulla.
Abbiamo fatto installare più volte le tapparelle e siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti. Sono la cosa migliore che abbiamo mai fatto per proteggere il nostro ingresso da neve e pioggia. Superbo! Il personale è molto cordiale e competente.
Abbiamo ricevuto la consulenza di esperti e il lavoro è stato eseguito come concordato. I dipendenti erano cordiali e hanno lasciato tutto pulito. Alla fine le carenze non sono state addebitate: molto giusto. Utilizzeremo volentieri di nuovo i loro servizi!
We would like to sincerely thank you for the quick and uncomplicated repair of our roller shutter 😊. The two technicians were incredibly friendly and very competent! We even received some valuable tips. They also pointed us towards their other products. We know the Luchsinger company from our STOBAG awning in the garden. After more than 20 years, one of our roller blinds finally gave up the ghost. After registering for a repair on the Luchsinger website, we quickly received an appointment. The broken straps on the blind needed to be replaced. About two weeks later, technicians Mr. Walzer and Mr. Cantieni contacted us to install the refurbished blind. A big thank you to the two friendly technicians. They carried out the installation cleanly and efficiently, and also checked all the other roller blinds, re-tightening and realigning the guide rails, some of which were loose.
