Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Kreuz & Post Grindelwald fue absolutamente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos realmente bienvenidos y atendidos. El servicio fue excepcional, la habitación era cómoda y estaba muy bien cuidada, y el bar era un lugar encantador para relajarse después de un día fuera. Lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la dedicación y hospitalidad excepcional de todo el equipo. Un agradecimiento muy especial a Jezmim y Ailen, cuyo fenomenal servicio, amabilidad y atención al detalle hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable. Siempre fueron serviciales, atentos a nuestro bienestar y siempre agradables. La ubicación es fantástica, convenientemente cerca de todo: la estación de tren, remontes, restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, farmacias y más. Esto hace que moverse sea increíblemente fácil. El restaurante del hotel también es muy bueno y una excelente opción, especialmente porque la ciudad ofrece opciones gastronómicas relativamente limitadas. Recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que visite Grindelwald. Realmente mejoró toda nuestra experiencia y con mucho gusto nos hospedaríamos aquí nuevamente.

¡Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Kreuz&Post fue increíble! Está justo enfrente de la estación de tren, a menos de 1 minuto a pie. La habitación estaba impecable y era cómoda, con una gran vista de Grindelwald. El personal de recepción fue increíblemente amable y servicial. Fue perfecto para explorar la zona y disfrutamos del delicioso desayuno. Altamente recomendado.
The nicest, kindest, most helpful people ever found in Grindelwald manage this hotel - and it's a high bar, since on all of our stays here we came across very nice people. The hotel rooms are spatious and clean, with superb views over the mountains, which is always nice to have when the weather isn't too inviting outside :) . There is parking, ski room, a spa, a very nice restaurant, and discounts for the local pool and gym. The breakfast has a nice diversity of dishes including vegan. The hotel is located in the very center of the town and near the train and bus stations. Their restaurant is fantastic value for money (tasty, large portions, with locally sourced ingredients) and they provide room service. We loved being here for a long weekend and look forward to coming back to K&P in the summer.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a true mountain feel — warm, authentic, and full of charm. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast simply outstanding, with plenty of fresh local options. The spa area, terrace, and relaxation room were fantastic — perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The bed was very comfortable, and the room quiet and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I’d happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing alpine experience.
