Si se respeta a sí mismo, no utilice los servicios de esta empresa. Ciertamente no te mostrarán ninguno. Entiendo que ocurren errores, pero con otras empresas generalmente encontrará soporte y una solución rápida. Lamentablemente, ese no es el caso aquí.
No sólo no recibí mi paquete, sino que también me pidieron que lo pagara, y además para impugnarlo tuve que crear un montón de cuentas de mierda porque no saben cómo hacer un sitio web sencillo. empresa de basura
¡PERMANENTEMENTE CERRADO! Conduje hasta aquí ayer y lo informé a Google. Están revisando mi informe. No pierdas el tiempo... ¡no existe!
Worst delivery service in Switzerland
Very poor service! I've been waiting for my expensive package for over a month, and the "delivery service" still hasn't delivered it. When I inquired, I was told the package was either lost or they couldn't find it. This is absolutely unacceptable! No one takes responsibility, and customers are simply told to keep waiting, with no guarantees. I will never use their service again and can't recommend it to anyone!
I ordered a package in Germany, received the invoice by mail, and paid it. A few days later, I received a second invoice, this time for a printed invoice fee. Contacting UPS was extremely difficult; they forced me to create a UPS billing account. Only through this online portal can I switch to receiving invoices by email. I never wanted a UPS account! Absolutely outrageous!
