Un propietario muy antipático y arrogante con una marcada aversión a las bicicletas eléctricas. Se me pinchó una rueda cerca de Sempach durante un viaje en bicicleta de varios días. Llevaba conmigo un kit de reparación de pinchazos, pero mi bomba no funcionó. Desafortunadamente, el propietario no estuvo dispuesto a prestarme una bomba porque ando en bicicleta eléctrica. Afortunadamente, había llamado con anticipación (podrían haber estado de vacaciones de verano) y no tuve que conocer a este extraño hombre en persona. Desafortunadamente, no existe una opción de calificación negativa de cinco estrellas en Google Maps. Este chico se lo merece.

Estaba en un recorrido en bicicleta de varios días y tuve un problema con el freno delantero. Pasé espontáneamente y el especialista inmediatamente encontró y solucionó la causa (un desconchado en el disco y un problema de centrado del freno). Todavía estoy agradecido por la tremenda ayuda.

One star only for telling us to go elsewhere because he doesn't work on electric bikes. Even though it was just a small part of the process. Didn't budge from his desk. Barely courteous. Absolutely zero friendliness.

A real disappointment! We wanted to look at the bikes and were treated badly after only two minutes in the store. Children are anything but welcome. The owner said, "Do you understand me? Can you speak German?" Please don't touch anything. And NO, children hadn't touched any bikes or expensive equipment... we didn't have time for that! That's completely unacceptable. With this kind of customer service, even the best selection is useless. #customerserviceequalszero!
