Un proprietario molto ostile e arrogante con una spiccata avversione per le e-bike. Durante un viaggio in bicicletta di più giorni ho forato una gomma vicino a Sempach. Avevo con me un kit per la riparazione delle forature, ma la mia pompa non funzionava. Purtroppo il proprietario non è stato disposto a prestarmi una pompa perché utilizzo una e-bike! Fortunatamente avevo chiamato in anticipo (potrebbero essere stati in vacanza estiva) e non ho dovuto incontrare di persona questo strano uomo. Sfortunatamente, su Google Maps non esiste un'opzione di valutazione negativa a cinque stelle. Questo ragazzo se lo merita.

Stavo facendo un tour in bici di più giorni e ho avuto un problema con il freno anteriore. Mi sono recato spontaneamente e lo specialista ha immediatamente individuato e risolto la causa (una scheggiatura nel disco e un problema di centratura del freno). Sono ancora grato per l'immenso aiuto.

One star only for telling us to go elsewhere because he doesn't work on electric bikes. Even though it was just a small part of the process. Didn't budge from his desk. Barely courteous. Absolutely zero friendliness.

A real disappointment! We wanted to look at the bikes and were treated badly after only two minutes in the store. Children are anything but welcome. The owner said, "Do you understand me? Can you speak German?" Please don't touch anything. And NO, children hadn't touched any bikes or expensive equipment... we didn't have time for that! That's completely unacceptable. With this kind of customer service, even the best selection is useless. #customerserviceequalszero!
