Acertar o fallar dependiendo de su elección. Recomendaría el bulgogi ya que era sabroso y sabía más auténtico. El pollo katsu tampoco estaba mal, pero el ramen tonkotsu carecía de profundidad de sabor. Aunque debo decir que son bastante generosos con los aderezos. Las porciones en general eran abundantes y valían la pena el precio.
El restaurante estaba escondido dentro de un patio, al principio era bastante fácil pasarlo por alto. El ramen fue lo suficientemente bueno para satisfacer mi antojo de comida asiática mientras estaba en Suiza. El servicio fue excelente. Lo recomendaría.
Uf, aquí vamos, OTRO restaurante panasiático para capturar esos corazones que desean comida asiática en los Alpes suizos pero que normalmente no pueden conseguir... ...es lo que pensé Tal vez fueron mis bajas expectativas, pero pensé que el ramen tonkotsu era realmente bueno. No es "auténtico", pero ese es su encanto. Veo que algunas reseñas dicen que el caldo no era "profundo" o lo suficientemente rico, pero en un entorno europeo pensé que funcionó bien. Algo así como el calor de la sopa de cebolla francesa. Encuentro que el auténtico caldo japonés de ramen tonkostsu es casi DEMASIADO rico a veces. Depende del estado de ánimo, supongo. Todo el plato es como si un chef capacitado en Occidente respetara todas las reglas auténticas sobre el ramen tonkotsu y decidiera agregarle un pequeño encanto occidental. Pensé que asar el cerdo charshu era realmente agradable. Tiene una sensación de cocina casera, creo que se pierde en algunos restaurantes establecidos. No lo sé, tal vez sea el frío después de esquiar, pero podría comerlo cada dos días. El servicio también fue de primera categoría. La señora era tan encantadora, con una sonrisa increíble, muy amigable. Vi las reseñas hablar sobre esto y pensé que era una exageración, pero sí, puedo confirmar que el servicio es excelente. La comida fue rápida aunque yo era el único allí. Qué joya merece más gente que el millón de otras pizzerías o lugares de fondue.
After almost 2 weeks in Bavaria and a few days in Wengen we were craving ramen, we are so happy we stumbled across this spot. First night we had the tonkatsu ramen, bulgogi beef and chicken karaage. Ramen broth was phenomenal, the fry on the chicken was perfect and I don't even know what to say about the beef, just amazing. Second night, we did the udon and katsu chicken, then the apple gyoza for dessert. It was all delicious. On top of the amazing food and service, the people watching was 11/10. The dude running front of house was hustling the whole time, kept a smile on his face, cracking jokes all while dealing with usual tourist behavior. Gem of a spot, would give 6 stars if it was possible.
The food and service here was excellent! We started with a pork gyoza appetizer and that was good. I ordered the chicken katsu, it was delicious. My husband ordered the tonkotsu ramen, he added some chili to it and loved it. My dad also enjoyed the ramen, and my mom loved her fried rice with the added chicken. My mom and I loved the iced tea, it was refreshing. The waiters were very nice, excellent service. Best meal we had had so far in Wengen, highly recommend visiting here.
The beef bulgogi is an absolute must-try—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Portions are generous and the flavors stand out compared to typical options in the area. The ramen is good but cannot be compared with the bulgogi. Service is efficient and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. Yes, Switzerland is expensive, but if you’re here, you might as well enjoy the best. Lecker Asia delivers excellent quality and taste that make it worth every franc.
