Colpito o mancato a seconda della tua scelta. Consiglierei il bulgogi perché era saporito e aveva un sapore più autentico. Anche il katsu di pollo non era male, ma il ramen di tonkotsu mancava di profondità di sapore. Devo dire però che sono piuttosto generosi con i condimenti. Le porzioni nel complesso erano abbondanti e valevano il prezzo.
Il ristorante era nascosto all'interno di un cortile, all'inizio era abbastanza facile non vederlo. Il ramen era abbastanza buono da soddisfare la mia voglia di cibo asiatico mentre ero in Svizzera. Il servizio era eccellente. Lo consiglierei.
Uffa eccoci qui, UN ALTRO ristorante panasiatico per catturare quei cuori che desiderano il cibo asiatico nelle Alpi svizzere ma che normalmente non riescono a raggiungere. ...è quello che pensavo Forse erano le mie basse aspettative, ma pensavo che il tonkotsu ramen fosse davvero carino. Non è "autentico" ma è un po' il suo fascino. Vedo che alcune recensioni dicono che il brodo non era "profondo" o abbastanza ricco, ma in un ambiente europeo ho pensato che funzionasse bene. Un po' come il calore della zuppa di cipolle francese. Trovo che l'autentico ramen giapponese tonkostsu sia quasi un po' TROPPO ricco a volte. Dipende dall'umore, immagino. L'intero piatto è come se uno chef di formazione occidentale rispettasse tutte le regole autentiche sul tonkotsu ramen e decidesse di aggiungervi un piccolo fascino occidentale. Pensavo che grigliare il maiale charshu fosse davvero carino. Ha l'atmosfera di una cucina casalinga, penso che ti perdi in alcuni ristoranti affermati. Non lo so, forse è il freddo dopo lo sci, ma amico, potrei mangiarlo a giorni alterni. Anche il servizio era di prim'ordine. La signora era così adorabile, con un sorriso straordinario, molto amichevole. Ho visto le recensioni parlare di questo e ho pensato che fosse un'esagerazione, ma sì, posso confermare che il servizio è ottimo. Il cibo era veloce anche se ero l'unico lì Che gioiello merita più persone di un milione di altre pizzerie o fondute
After almost 2 weeks in Bavaria and a few days in Wengen we were craving ramen, we are so happy we stumbled across this spot. First night we had the tonkatsu ramen, bulgogi beef and chicken karaage. Ramen broth was phenomenal, the fry on the chicken was perfect and I don't even know what to say about the beef, just amazing. Second night, we did the udon and katsu chicken, then the apple gyoza for dessert. It was all delicious. On top of the amazing food and service, the people watching was 11/10. The dude running front of house was hustling the whole time, kept a smile on his face, cracking jokes all while dealing with usual tourist behavior. Gem of a spot, would give 6 stars if it was possible.
The food and service here was excellent! We started with a pork gyoza appetizer and that was good. I ordered the chicken katsu, it was delicious. My husband ordered the tonkotsu ramen, he added some chili to it and loved it. My dad also enjoyed the ramen, and my mom loved her fried rice with the added chicken. My mom and I loved the iced tea, it was refreshing. The waiters were very nice, excellent service. Best meal we had had so far in Wengen, highly recommend visiting here.
The beef bulgogi is an absolute must-try—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Portions are generous and the flavors stand out compared to typical options in the area. The ramen is good but cannot be compared with the bulgogi. Service is efficient and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. Yes, Switzerland is expensive, but if you’re here, you might as well enjoy the best. Lecker Asia delivers excellent quality and taste that make it worth every franc.
