Éviter! Oh, peu importe, ils vous éviteront eux-mêmes. J'ai fait effectuer l'entretien de mon foyer à gaz par Cheminee Stutz AG il y a deux ans. Le spécialiste a déclaré qu'une pièce devait être remplacée, il la commanderait et appellerait pour planifier la réparation. Un an plus tard, personne n'avait appelé. Je les ai appelés pour le rappeler, et ils ont disparu pendant encore un an. Appelé il y a un mois pour planifier une maintenance, ils ont promis un rappel, personne n'a appelé. Appelée au moment où j'écris, la personne au téléphone m'a dit que personne ne me rappellerait dans la semaine à venir pour fixer un rendez-vous pour une date future (!). Et que j'étais libre de chercher une autre entreprise.

Installation parfaite, produit sensationnel. Les coûts non Stutz (plâtre et peinture) qui ont été estimés dans l'offre étaient exorbitants. soit 1000.- pour 2 heures de travaux de peinture. Donc seulement une note de 3 étoiles.

Consultation très agréable, même après l'heure de fermeture. La cheminée a été personnalisée et conçue selon mes souhaits individuels. L'installation s'est parfaitement déroulée et j'ai toujours été tenu informé des prochaines étapes. Même après la vente/l'installation, j'ai reçu une aide utile pour toute question concernant le fonctionnement du foyer. Une équipe très sympathique et un interlocuteur compétent pour tout ce qui concerne le feu.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the company's consulting or work methods, as I don't need a stove or fireplace. However, I did send an email inquiry about a fiberglass cord. I need the cord for a private project (a smoke generator for a soapbox car). Unfortunately, this cord isn't available in small quantities anywhere in Switzerland. My follow-up phone call was answered very politely, and I was connected with a knowledgeable employee. Luckily for me, they even had some of this "cord" in stock at their local warehouse. I can pick it up the same day. I think such friendly people can't possibly deliver bad work. In conclusion: If I ever decide to renovate or build a new fireplace, I'll gladly contact you again. Thank you for your efforts.

Requested a service appointment 5 times in a 3-month period (broken fireplace door). They told me each time that Mr. Stutz would call back. He never did. The last time I called the office, they even said they weren't interested. They're willing to sell, but they're not interested in service (the warranty has expired). We can't recommend them.

I had a fireplace installed by the Stutz brothers two years ago. Excellent service from the initial planning stages to the finished product. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Stutz!
