Bel endroit, très sophistiqué, idéal pour un rendez-vous romantique ou une réunion d'affaires. Le monsieur italien était très sympathique et poli, service parfait. La nourriture était délicieuse, je recommande l'Ossobucco au risotto.
Cuisine italienne délicieuse et service très attentionné. Nous avons eu droit à un amusement-bouche très savoureux. Il était également idéalement situé à quelques pas de notre hôtel à Thoune.
Evo Ristorante impressionne par son ambiance moderne et son atmosphère élégante. La cuisine propose des plats italiens créatifs, fraîchement préparés et joliment présentés. Le service est attentionné et convivial, rendant la visite particulièrement agréable. La carte des vins est également soigneusement sélectionnée et complète parfaitement l'expérience culinaire. Un restaurant élégant qui allie plaisir et qualité à un niveau élevé.
We had a wonderful meal, from antipasti to the main course and even desserts, and we were very impressed. At the end, one of our staff members played a short classical concert on the piano. Thank you!
I spontaneously decided to have lunch at this lovely Italian restaurant today. Both the service and the food were excellent. If you're familiar with cime di rapa, you absolutely must try the bruschetta with this vegetable and shrimp! For my main course, I chose the fresh salad with market vegetables – delicious!
We had the pleasure of celebrating our confirmation dinner at Ristorante Evo – and it was simply fantastic. The pre-ordered menu was perfectly coordinated. For the starter, we enjoyed a delicate spinach salad with creamy burrata – light and flavorful. The pasta with tomato and almond sauce was a resounding success: homemade, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to a wonderful al dente. The caponata with asparagus added a lovely springtime touch to the main course. For dessert, we were served a crispy puff pastry with fresh strawberries and a delicate cream – simply heavenly! Despite the larger group, the service was very attentive, professional, and warm. Many thanks to the entire team for this harmonious and delicious experience!
