La chambre était propre et répondait à mes besoins. En fait, l'hôtel était en général très propre. Étant donné qu'il est situé à l'extérieur de Zurich, le train est idéalement situé et facile à naviguer. Le service était impeccable ! Chaque membre du personnel que j'ai rencontré était attentionné et sympathique. Ils m'ont suggéré des endroits idéaux à visiter pendant mon séjour. Ils ont même veillé à ce que j'aie des indications détaillées pour chaque endroit. Malheureusement, j'ai eu une débâcle avec mes bagages. Le personnel était empathique et a fait de son mieux pour me soutenir face à mes défis. J'ai extrêmement apprécié leur gentillesse et leur volonté de veiller à ce que je me sente à l'aise. J'y retournerais sans hésiter !
Tout d'abord, je dois dire que le ménage était excellent. Ils ont rendu notre chambre très bien rangée même à 9 heures du matin. Hôtel très propre et très rentable. Le petit déjeuner était également assez bon, buffet ouvert avec des fruits très frais. L'hôtel était très proche de la gare de Rapperswil (à 40 minutes de l'aéroport de Zurich).
L'hôtel est moderne et élégant. La chambre est propre et confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. La salle du petit-déjeuner est très confortable et la qualité de la nourriture est bonne.
Being a Bonvoy member I wisely chose the Moxy in Rapperwil. It was a great price for a mid-week, peaceful stay and from the point of entering we felt rested and welcomed. Jenna at the front desk was wonderful and had made sure personalize our room on the 6th floor with my name on the mirror and a beautifully written welcome card from the staff. The gym was wonderful and so was the outside terrace. The bedding was comfortable and the room size one of the largest Moxy rooms I have stayed in. As one knows, the lobby also serves as a bar and it was none other than the fun staff member Rafael who continued to make us the best gin tonics made with 47 Monkeys as we played several games of chess. We will absolutely stay here again and loved the view, the rest and kindness of this special property.
Nice location, but I found the hotel a bit sketchy. While it looks nice, for a regular to the Marriott branding, this hotel falls short. 1) the beds are most definitely not Marriott branded beds. They're much more thin, unsupportive, and firm (Not something I can say about other Moxy hotels I've stayed at). 2) The parking is very small and quite expensive when you compare to cheaper parking rates in Zurich. The hotel is pretty, and the rooms are well laid out and clean. The balcony on the top floor has a great view. This hotel missed the mark for regular customer service and satisfaction during my stay. However location and the physical hotel are 5/5.
The hotel is located approx 10 to 15mins walk from Rapperswil-Jona Station. There is a local bus you can take to the hotel but as we arrived late in the evening we walked which can be a little tiring if handled with luggage. Overall, the …
