Tout allait bien jusqu'à ce que vous achetiez et payiez le fil. Quand j'ai émis un refus, cela s'est très mal passé. J'ai acheté un mélange RAW6 de mérinos et de soie, un paquet de 10 écheveaux. Un écheveau présentait un pli visiblement défectueux par rapport aux autres, et son poids était de 60g au lieu de 100g. Cela signifie 40 % de poids en moins ! La réponse de l’entreprise a été de refuser le rejet parce que la différence de poids est causée par l’HUMIDITÉ. Pouvez-vous imaginer une perte de poids du fil de 40 % causée par l'humidité ? Aucune réponse au pli défectueux du fil reçu. Ils n'ont même pas répondu du tout à mon deuxième e-mail. Très triste expérience avec un fil aussi cher !

We wanted to quickly stop by the factory outlet on our way home. 4:40 PM!!!! According to the website, it's open until 5:00 PM. In short, the saleswoman stopped talking to a customer who was already there about wool and instead talked about people who were rushing in just before closing time. (20 minutes before closing time!!!!) Absolutely outrageous! As the owner, that would be grounds for me to fire her.
