Petite épicerie locale à Oetwil an der Limmat. Pratique pour les essentiels du quotidien, mais le choix est assez limité. Bon pour les arrêts rapides, mais pas idéal si vous recherchez de la variété. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable

Évitez ce Volg! Le personnel est apathique et hostile. À 14h20, ils n'avaient plus de pain et ils ne m'ont pas salué, ils m'ont ignoré ! Finalement, le caissier a jeté des miches de pain dans le four. J'aurais dû attendre 10 minutes. Marchandises hors de prix. Pour couronner le tout, le même caissier à la caisse a jeté les articles les plus lourds sur les chips ! Puis il n'y a pas eu d'au revoir... la femme était stressée... TERRIBLE magasin

Excellentes heures d'ouverture. Super boutique. Je préfère les petits commerces de village ; ils me rappellent le bon vieux temps où on ne pouvait pas tout avoir. Soyez juste reconnaissant pour une fois. Continuez comme ça!

I don't know what the Volg branch in our village is thinking. You'd think a village shop would be close to the residents, but not at the Volg in Oewtil. There's always different staff. The manager hasn't been seen in ages. Now there's a wannabe boss who's very unfriendly and yells at her staff in front of customers – that's unacceptable. She's absolutely no help at all. It's a shame for a village shop that depends on the people in the village.

The protective measures are standardized, so Volg meets the same requirements as any other store: disinfectant, social distancing markers, and a sneeze guard at the checkout. Otherwise, I have no complaints; the staff are polite and know where everything is. I've only had positive experiences so far. They're just Volg prices, which isn't to say they're overpriced, but Volg stores are usually only found in smaller towns. It's nice to have one, and I'm happy to pay a little more for my groceries there. Thanks, Volg team! I'll definitely be back! 😉

Such unfriendly staff is hard to find! Today, June 12, 2021, I went into the store and bought six butter croissants. Then came the question—and to put it mildly—why I wasn't able to pre-order them... Hello, ugh! I will never support this Volg again.
