Evita questo Volg! Il personale è svogliato e scortese. Alle 14:20 avevano finito il pane e non mi hanno salutato, mi hanno ignorato! Alla fine, la cassiera ha gettato alcune pagnotte di pane nel forno... avrei dovuto aspettare 10 minuti... personale pessimo. Merce troppo cara. Per finire, lo stesso cassiere alla cassa ha gettato gli oggetti più pesanti sopra le patatine! Poi non c'è stato nessun addio... la donna era stressata... Negozio TERRIBILE

Ottimi orari di apertura. Ottimo negozio. Preferisco i piccoli negozi di paese; mi ricordano i bei vecchi tempi in cui non si poteva avere tutto. Sii grato per una volta. Continua così!

I don't know what the Volg branch in our village is thinking. You'd think a village shop would be close to the residents, but not at the Volg in Oewtil. There's always different staff. The manager hasn't been seen in ages. Now there's a wannabe boss who's very unfriendly and yells at her staff in front of customers – that's unacceptable. She's absolutely no help at all. It's a shame for a village shop that depends on the people in the village.

The protective measures are standardized, so Volg meets the same requirements as any other store: disinfectant, social distancing markers, and a sneeze guard at the checkout. Otherwise, I have no complaints; the staff are polite and know where everything is. I've only had positive experiences so far. They're just Volg prices, which isn't to say they're overpriced, but Volg stores are usually only found in smaller towns. It's nice to have one, and I'm happy to pay a little more for my groceries there. Thanks, Volg team! I'll definitely be back! 😉

Such unfriendly staff is hard to find! Today, June 12, 2021, I went into the store and bought six butter croissants. Then came the question—and to put it mildly—why I wasn't able to pre-order them... Hello, ugh! I will never support this Volg again.
